The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product innovation, strategy, and execution to enhance the Travelstart customer experience. This role involves developing high-impact product roadmaps, optimising business processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
Define business problems, customer needs, and product vision.
Build and manage product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements.
Project Execution & Delivery
Partner with engineering, marketing, and business teams to develop and launch products.
Secure resources, set priorities, and manage project milestones
Ensure trade-offs and prioritisation balance feature quality and business goals.
Data-Driven Problem Solving & Decision Making
Conduct deep dives on product issues, creating both short- and long-term solutions.
Use data analytics and insights to refine product strategies.
Communicate findings and results to senior stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
Work with other product teams to influence and develop new product offerings
Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and agile problem-solving.
Drive decision-making and optimisation throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Technology, or related field).
Proven experience in managing product strategy and end-to-end delivery.
Strong track record of leading large-scale programs or projects.
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or startups.
Background in operations and business process improvement.
Knowledge of SQL or similar database programming (advantageous).
